PROFILE: Established in 2009, the Raghib Foundation was founded by tech mogul Muhammad Raghib Hussain. While the foundation lacks transparency and does not maintain a website, tax filings suggest that the Raghib Foundation supports the Pakistani community, education and global organizations.  

Raghib grants range from $10,000 to $108,000. Review recent grantmaking in the funder’s tax forms. Past grantees include Koshish Foundation, “a group of volunteers who believe in giving back to the communities, institutions and countries they have benefited from”; Muslim Advocates, a national legal advocacy and educational organization; and Hidaya Foundation, which “helps the poor and needy with Zakat, Sadaqa and Qurbani under Social Welfare, Education, Health Care, and Self Employment projects.”
