Only thing I did different was bone in breasts, 32z good bone in chicken broth, 32z bone in beef broth, high end 32z chicken broth, 3 stalk celery/ 3 stalk carrot / parsnip / turnip and 8 peppercorns and 7 all spice corns cooking in uber Oma style 😉

]]>Delicious! After zesting the lemon, I juice it and add it as the last step. We like it spicy so I double the red chili flakes and cracked pepper. Broil some pitas brushed with butter and you have an excellent meal!
